Environment and Reliability Test(Laboratory validation）

1.Water-Proof Test
Perform lPX4 waterproof rating standard, put the poles in the car, dripping for 10 minutes.flushingfor many times.
2.Salt Spray Test
Place the poles in 5% Nacl solution of salt spray for 256 hours, wash the solution with flowingwater, rinse with distilled water, put after 1-2 hours, whether the pole is rusty or not.
3.High Temperature Test
Verify if the product function is normal before tests. Storage temperature +90 'c, humidity 30%90%, place the poles in the test chamber for 8 hours, the test is completed.poles can be normaflexible, verify if the product function is normal before tests.Thepole is powered up normallyoperating temperature -90 'c , humidity 40%-90%, put thepoles in the test chamber for 8 hourspoles can be normalflexible,functional normal.
4.Low Temperature Test

5.High and Low Temperature Cycle Test
Verify if the product function is normal before tests.The pole is powered up normally, put the polesin -30 'C test chamber for 12 hours, temperature from -30 'C up to +85 °C , the temperature timebecomes half an hour, continue put for 12 hours after temperature up to+85 °C ; after 12 hourstemperature from +85 'c decline to -30 'c , the temperature timebecomes half an hour, this is onecycle, cycle 10 times, a total of240 hours, poles can be normal flexible,functional normal.
