Why was the goods returned by customs?
All our goods are no problem. Because the logistics company puts a lot of goods in a container, if one of the goods is found to be unqualified by the customs, then all the goods in this container are returned. This is not fair, but we cannot change.
 
If you have questions, you can consult with the seller first. If you are not satisfied with the result of the negotiation between the two parties, then you raise a dispute and seek a ruling from the platform. This is better.
If you do not negotiate with the seller and directly raise a dispute with the platform, you may misunderstand the seller and the problem may not be better resolved.
