RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At MIKY SHOP.NL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we are here to help.
1. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Under European Union consumer law (EU Directive 2011/83/EU), you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
2. RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused and in its original condition
The item must be returned in its original packaging with all accessories and labels intact
The return request must be submitted within 14 days of receiving your order
3. HOW TO REQUEST A RETURN

The item(s) you wish to return
The reason for your return
Photos if the item is damaged or incorrect
We will respond within 2 business days with return instructions.

Once your return is approved, please send your item to:

Please do not send items back without prior approval.
5. REFUNDS
Once we receive and inspect your returned item:
You will be notified by email of the approval or rejection of your refund
If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days
The refund will be credited to your original payment method
Original shipping costs are non-refundable
6. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, we will cover the return shipping costs
7. NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
The following items cannot be returned:
Opened or used products
Custom-made or personalized items
Hygiene products (underwear, swimwear, earrings)
Items marked as final sale
8. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@miky-shop.com with photos of the item. We will arrange a free return and send a replacement or issue a full refund.
9. EXCHANGES
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your original order and place a new order.
